1. Only an ELITE Car Driver is allowed to drive the rented car.
2. Rented car is only allowed to travel within Luzon island.
3. Renter must provide all requirements before car is allowed to be rented.
4. Renter is required to pay 50% reservation fee to block the date.
5. All payments made to ELITE Rent-A-Car are non-refundable.
6. Change in rental date is free of charge and subject to availability.
7. Cancellations are not allowed. All payments due to cancellation are forfeited.
8. Payments can be made thru :-
    (a) Cash by meeting us in person
    (b) Bank Deposit thru BPI or BDO
    (c) Paypal (with additional charge, link is provided via email)
9. Renter is given the name of driver and his contact number before the scheduled service.
10. Due to the unpredictable traffic in Metro Manila, grace period for ELITE Car Driver to show up at agreed pickup location is 45 minutes. ELITE Car Driver will contact the renter of foreseen delay and another notification when he arrives at the agreed pickup location.
11. For pickup/transfer/drop off service, ELITE Car Driver is allowed to wait for 30 minutes only once he arrives at agreed pickup location. If the renter does not show up, the service is deemed cancelled and all payments made are forfeited.
12. Renter and ELITE Car Driver must agree on the route before heading to the next destination.
13. ELITE Rent-A-Car reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions published at the website at anytime without notice to Renter.
